Conversation courses are recommended to students whose general language knowledge is already on an advanced intermediate level (level 5) and are interested in broadening their vocabulary and develop their speaking and listening skills. Prior to enrolling in a conversation course, candidates are required to take a placement test. Placement tests are carried out during the registration periods in September and February, with the citizens of Verba as invigilators. Gives you the gift of the gab! The test comprises a written and oral part and is absolutely free of charge and obligation for the candidate. The conversation courses are also organised in small groups of students. Conversation courses take place once a week in 90-minute blocks and are 32 hours long. At the end of the semester, the students undergo a spoken test.
